Attaching XPS to Cement


I have Owens Corning 2" XPS for my poured basement concrete walls that I am attaching with PL300 (I think) adhesive specially made for foamboard.. My question is, for the guys that have done basements this way, how much adhesive did you put on your 4x8 sheets of XPS. I did my first sheet today, and I used almost an entire tube of adhesive
