Attaching Cabinetry to Concrete Floor

Hello - I am remodeling my basement - I'm installing a bar area as well. My question concerns attaching the cabinetry. It will be an L-shaped bar coming off an interior wall. I will be installing a knee wall the shape of the bar (L-shape) for the upper counter and then attaching the cabinets to the knee wall. My question concerns making it solid. My concrete floor has pex tubing for heating in it so I really do not want to take the chance of drilling into it to attach the knee wall. I am thinking of using a strong contruction adhesive under the knee wall (treated 2x4 on the bottom). I'm also thinking of filling in the toe kick area under the cabinets with treated plywood and using the adhesive on that as well to secure the cabinets to the floor? What are your thoughts. Thanks!

sounds good, once cabs and wall are connected with the angle everything should lock in place

not many other ways to do this with the heat in the floor.
