Attaching 1/4" faux brick to drywall - Best Method?

Hey guys.

I have 8'x4' sheets of faux brick paneling I need to attach to the wall.
They are 1/4" thick. This product specifically. <------


I was wondering a way I could attach these without ruining my drywall upon uninstall. I had the idea of nailing or screwing them into the studs of the home but those beams turned out to be metal

The installation recommendations of this product is as follows:

Installation Surface Recommendation: Direct to stud or over solid surface

Installation Method Recommendation: Nails and adhesive

By 'adhesive' i'm assuming they mean Liquid Nails which would ruin the drywall. I'm not sure how heavy these are, do you think I could hold them up with drywall screws? Here is a photo of the panels installed in someone else's home:

That's a cool look for a garage. I think screwing it to the walls would probably work just fine.

glue is for permanence I'm thinking.
