Already replaced windows - didn't use flashing/weather barrier

I replaced a bunch of windows with vinyl replacement windows with the nailing fins but I didn't use flashing or a weather barrier before I installed the window and the inspector caught it and said I needed to add this. Someone told me of a product you could use that you could basically 'paint' over the nailing fins/wood to basically do the same thing as a weather barrier. I don't see this person anymore so I can't ask anymore details. Anyone here know of a product that would do this job?

Thanks

im sure there are but why does it have to be?the tapes are much easier to find and have no drying time

thing is one of the 2 most important flashings for windows imo is the sill pan and you would have to remove the unit to install one,you should have looked at the installation instructions

The only right way is to pull the windows back out and install the weather barrier and sill flashing, reinstall the windows and do final flashing following the manufacturers instructions. There's no liquid flashing that I know of.
