ac mini-split?
Hi, posting in remodelling because HVAC is for "pros only" apparently.
I'm curious what the general DIY'ers experience has been with mini-split ac units. I've got 2,400 square feet with two particular "hot spots", one being the master bedroom! I need a new compressor, and am wondering what my options might be. I'm speculating that it is possible that from an efficiency and cost perspective: - Mediocre efficiency compressor + mini split to master bedroom > - more costly high efficiency AC compressor that feeds thru all current ductwork for whole house has anybody had this experience? |
