Is this wood rotted


Think I'll call the termite guy sooner rather than later. He can do an outside perimeter prevention. There's already wood plugs in the ground around the house an he checked them to see if they were chewed when I bought the house an he said they were good.

Just use a cedar shingle to hold the nail - when you miss, the trim won't take a beating.
