Wood rot bay door wall behind paver steps

Being newbie home owners of our first new house we had a paver patio installed with steps leading to our bay doorwall. The steps started to sink revealing some wood rot behind a couple of bricks so we started taking apart only to find an ungodly amount of rot. We have no idea how to repair this as it appears to be rotted not just the facia wood but the frame joist for the doorwall (no idea if that is the correct word). Can anyone give ideas of what we do now as we are afraid to take out the main piece in case it is supporting the kitchen floor above. I have attached photos but could only attach one. Help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Wood rot bay door wall behind paver steps

Door was installed wrong, no flashing or sill pan.
Wall below it was not waterproofed.

Door needs to come out, all rotted wood replaced, proper flashing and water proofing added. (I often times use Storm And Ice Sheld below a door opening)
