Window stool & sill


Have been trying to search what size wood is usually used for a stool and sill amd how it is cut. Anyone have pictures or info? Thanks

Depends, you trying to match all the other windows.
You can buy premade sills and stools, there two different pieces most of the time and it would depend on what style windows you have.

Not trying to match any otherr windows. Just the two new windows.

I thought you had replacement windows installed, so there should already be sills in place.
(sills are what's outside)

Here's a video on how the trim is installed.

There's lots of different styles and width when it comes to the stool.
The lady's seem to like the wider one's do they have a place to set there do dads.
Depends on if you plan to stain it or paint it as far as the material you use is concerned.

Ya like that.
When building new I also try and have an outlet right below the windows on the street side so the lady's can but there Christmas candles in the window with no extension cords.
