What type of acrylic/caulk/silicon does not shrink?

I need to use some type of caulk to level edges of extruded foamboard to make a smooth table-like surface. The foamboard is out of level by 1/64 to 1/16 at the edges of some boards.

The label of the ordinary latex caulk that I used to glue the boards to their plywood base says it is not good for filling......I am sure that this stuff shrinks so that is probably why.

But I know there must be a kind of tube of silicone or caulk of some kind that does not shrink. It is silicone?

Thanks for any tips.

[edit] well a quick bit of googling told me that silicone is the best for non shrinkage. I'd delete the post if I knew how.
