Default Want to make cuts in cabinet walls to put in shelfs

i want to make a cabinet and put shelves on it, but i want to cut the inside of the cabinet walls so the shelves could slide in and wont need any screwing to fasten the shelves. I just dont know what saw to use to make the groove on the cabinet wall so the shelves could slide in. I hearing something that i had to use datal blades

You can use either a table saw or a router to make this cut.

That would be a DADO blade in a table saw, or a router. If this is an existing cabinet that's already constructed, you'd be better off using shelf clips or KV track.
