wall bowing out

There is a slight bow to the wall. It is visible in the picture if you look closely. I have never seen this before. What could possibly cause this? Should I be concerned? Raised foundation, 50 years old.

wall bowing out

That does not look like a new problem---My guess (based on experience) is that the original sheeting and wire mesh were bowed out to hide the foundation---Just kind of sloppy work long long ago.
