Uncle Knackers Shows How to Install Base Boards
 
Hi everyone. Have you ever wanted to know how to cut the perfect internal corner on your base boards.They can be a little tricky. I've knocked up a video to show you how to do just that, and in three easy steps!

Your coping skills are pretty nasty.
Should be able to cope in continuous run right to the straight cut.
Also, didn't look like you set the mitre saw on a slight angle. Looked like a square cut to me.

I use a jigsaw with a very fine blade.
Cuts nice and clean and much safer.

Hmm. I thought after the first cut with the mitre saw that you are supposed to cut the waste back at an angle with the coping saw not make a flat cut. Aren't you supposed to cut it back half?

while I agree that we should give applause to someone who takes the time to make a video, his criticism's are actually good advice for someone learning how to cope.

thats too funny, i could have made a cleaner cope with toe nail clippers. might be a good ideal to always have your two finished sides facing you too on a miter saw, never against the fence or table since that is where all of the chips will blow out.

"And there you have it" he says at the end as if he was happy with that mess he just created. If I did a coping cut like that I would use that saw to cut my own throat.:laughing:

thats 8 minutes of my life ill never get back , that was the worst i have ever seen , i guess they will let anyone make a how to vidieo now days
