trimming UNDER a staircase

I am building a mini dry bar under the staircase in my basement. The area above the counter will be covered with bead board paneling. Since this is under the stairs, the ceiling is sloped. I plan to cover the sloped part of the ceiling with beadboard also. What kind of trim should I use where the back wall and the sloped ceiling meet? What kind of trim along the sloped ceiling and side wall?
