tricky door trim

i have 3 doors that are in a hallway, i have changed the moldings and now on one side of 2 of the doors the trim has to be cut "into" each other because they touch, one door is slightly lower and i can not figure out how to miter the cut, should the TOPS of the trim be even, if so there will be a gap on middle door, any suggestion?
