Screw the mount is with the screws supplied and be done with it.

i would never trust a toggle bolt to hold anything heavy, and it compltely boggles my mind why you would drill completely through a stud to install a toggle. the spring and the washer on the toggle bolt will more than likely snap under the tension create when tightening hte bolt. you will have far better success by using a lag bolt into the stud or cutting out a section of the drywall and putting a peice of 3/4" plywood that is slightly larger than the hole in behind, screw through the drywall to hold the plywood with several screws then refasten the removed peice of drywall back... from there you can fasten the tv bracket to the plywood with a heavy gauge screw
