toe board

I am replacing my kitchen floor. My sink cabinet was built on top of the floor when the house was built in 1963. I need to cut the floor under the toe board area flush with the cabinet. The toe board is recessed about 3 inches and the hight of the toe board is about 3 inches. The total cut depth should be be about 5/8 inch deep. Are there any tools to allow this cut or suggestions on how to accomplish the cut?

Toe-kick saw. Google it, Harbor F. carries it, good for one-time use, or rent one.
