Simplest options for fixing the shed roof

The tool shed was built by previous owners and leaks like a sieve when it rains.

Please see attached picture: The roof span is 5ft. The roof truss (if you would call it that) is single pitched and has a slope of 2 inches over 5ft. There is a particle board laid over it. It is sagging at multiple places after getting wet. There is a 2X4 cut at an angle and laid on top of the particle board to provide another 3 inches of slope over the 5ft. Finally there are Suntuf corrugated panels on the top. These panels are screwed with wood screws (not the Suntuf recommended screws), proper support for panels is not provided.

So I am going to remove the Suntuf panels and the particle board. What will be the simplest way to get a functional roof on top of this shed? The shed is not attached to the house, can i still use a single pitched roof?

Highly unlikly it's partical board, more likly it's OSB.
Remove all that cheap not worth the money panels, add rafters so there 24" on center. Make them out of one piece of wider lumber not two pieces like you have now.
Add 1 X 6 spruce spaced 24" on center across the roof, then use 5 V metal roofing with real metal roofing screws.

Perhaps Joe needs a new monitor, that certainly looks like particle board to me, not OSB!

Simplest options for fixing the shed roof

Thanks for the information, I have never done this before so I am going to ask some stupid questions.

OSB -
it does not have flakes, and does have a pattern to make it look like wood planks. Anyhow it has to go.

How much minimum slope do i need for 5 ft span.

are these called the purlins?

then use 5 V metal roofing with real metal roofing screws.
not sure where to get that, will regular corrugated steel work?

you need at least a 12-2 pitch

yes

any real lumber yard, even lowes and hd have it
the fastest easyest way to attach it is with an impact driver and a 1/4 magnetic bit, no predrilling needed then.
