shelf thickness ?

I'm building a pantry cabinet. The shelves will be 291/2" long by 15" wide. They'll hold assorted groceries...boxes, canned goods, spices. What would be best to use?
I was figuring 3/4" plywood...Would OSB or particle board work without warping?
They'll be painted.
Thanks

OSB is too rough and particle board will sag over time. 3/4 inch ply is the way to go. if you want them extra sturdy add a piece of 1x2 along the front edge to stiffen them.

Thanks, I was thinking of the 1 x2 for the canned goods shelf(s)
I'll be getting the plywood.

I'd suggest a reinforced plywood (edges set into a 1x) or 5/4 pine, or use 3/4" hardwood. Canned goods can get heavy
