sheets of quantity

Hello,

I am a furniture draftsman and have a question about what exactly are 'sheet of quantity'!

I'm asking this because there is a vacancy in a carpentry factory 2 minutes from home. It is a draftsman vacancy but the applicant must know how to do sheets of quantity!

Thanks in advance

I would assume that it is for estimating purchase quantities, but I have never heard the term either.
