Default Seeking help on Repair work for table wheels.

I have a portable table with 4 wheels attached. One of the wheels is detached from the bolt and nut which is joining them together. The wheel is a 'figure 6'- like shape with the bolt abt 5 cm long supossedly to be screw into the bottom of the table. The intersection where the blot is joined to the wheel is detached dividing it into 2 pieces. I tried to purchase in furntiure and hardware shops but could not find any replacement and so thought of fixing the two back. The joining parts are mental and I like to aske if anyone knows how I can join it back. Or any places where you know I may be able to get a replacement in Singapore? The table is brought in japan so going back to the outlet to get it is not possible. I do hope somonecan help as i have tried to no avail for months.Thank you

It would help with the visual if you posted a picture of the issue.
