Rotting floor under dishwasher

I'm in the process of prepping our kitchen floor to lay ceramic tile, when I found a few damaged boards, specifically under the diswasher and in front of it. What is the best way to remedy this problem without taking up the entire floor, yet still keeping it level for the tile?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

More info, please. You mention damaged boards. Does this mean that you're subfloor is made of 1"x8" or something and not plywood? Generally you can just cut out the damage, replace it with something the same thickness then continue.
