Rotten Wood Post Repair

I have a rotten lattice screen structure that has one of three posts that is rotting out at the ground level area. Short of digging out the post(put in the ground with concrete), is there any way of repairing the post(i.e. any braces that can be purchased and put around the post)?

And no there is no magic fix for this one, needs to be replaced.
