Removing Wood Stain from Playset

I recently stained my kids' Playset with Minwax Sedona Red, and discovered that there are some spots on plastic that I did not initially see. I have tried to use Mineral Spirits to remove these stains, worked on the vinyl slide, but not on the swing seats or handles. I am fairly certain that those are ABS plastic. I've tried Mineral Spirits, WD40, Magic Erasers + WD40.

Is the plastic a bit UV degraded?

Once it opens up a bit, that stuff can be pretty porous. I am not sure you are going to get it out if you aren't getting any movement with those other items.

Bleach? I think hydrogen peroxide also bleaches.
Is the stain also urethane premix?

I think bleach will tore off the colour of the affected areas.

The plastic is a bit UV damaged. The stain was not a urethane premix. It's presently pouring right now, but I'll give bleach a shot tomorrow
