removing breakfast bar top

I have a question; I am tearing out my countertops to put new Quartz in. My present countertops are laminate and they appear relatively easy to access the screws from inside the cabinets. The problem is I also have a breakfast bar that runs along a half wall, above the cabinets. Any suggestions on how to get that off, without damaging the wall?

Going to need several pictures---give us something to start with---Without seeing the underside of the counter no one could really offer a suggestion---

Cut completetly through the counter a foot from each end.
Remove the middle piece.
Remove the end pieces.
