Ramp for new Tool Shed

Santa brought me a new tool shed and I now need to construct a ramp for access, but the ground is not level (about a 3 inch difference in 5 feet). Any ideas how to build a ramp on uneven ground?

What type of ground are you dealing with? If it is dirt or gravel you can level it and then build a ramp.
