I have a ridgeline and facia line the same on the prints(not very detailed). The problem is the one room is cantalevered 18 inches( the start of the rafter layout) and I cant figure how to keep everything the same legnth etc. when I have to end at the same facia line in the front of the house. Any suggestions?

If I understand everything correctly, the only way you'll match the ridge height and the facia line is to change the pitch of the roof.

Is this new construction? I would increase the wall height where the cantalever is.
