Queston for handy Barners

I am finishing up a garage conversion to home office. I built a 34"H x 10'W x 16" deep wall to enclose my dryer vent and garden hose plumbing. Since we may need access to these pipes at some point I want to cut access doors. The front of the wall will be 1/2" plywood with wood wanes coating overtop. The top will be tiled. My thought is to cut doors on each half about 2'W x 18" tall.

Here is my plan...tell me your thoughts and tips!

* Glue and screw/nail plywood to stud frame.
* Glue and nail wanes coating.
* Layout where doors will go
* Cut seem where hinge will go first and attach hinge (allows me to keep wanes coating lined up.
* Cut other three sides.
* Attach trim inside of wall as a stop for the door along with magnetic catch.

2nd question...

Any tips on how to cut perfectly straight lines for this? I am worried since I am not good with a circular saw.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

My suggestion would be to frame it up and put a 3/4" plywood top on it. Cover this with tile!
The face would be covered with two 34" X 60" panels that are held in place by screws at the corners and top and bottom centers.
The wainscot would be applied to these panels in such a manner that the mounting screws can be removed. Then if access to the plumbing is required from time to time, it will be a simple matter to remove the panels, wainscot and all!
