Pocket Door Framing and installation

I am remoldeling my bathroom. It previously had a pocket door, but the framing and everything around it were badly damaged by termites. I removed all of the damaged framing, but now I find myself lost in how to frame the opening and how to install it. I bought a reliabilt pocket door kit from the local home improvement center, but obviously there were no directions. I need to know the rough opening and any other dimensions that will help with my installation. HELP!!!!

Not familiar with the quality of the hardware for that brand, but just knowing that it is big box makes me suspicious. I don't use anything but Johnson also. If your kit does not have quality nylon wheeled trolleys and a decent thickness track, you will be unhappy down the road. Attention to detail is essential for long term success. The track must be absolutely level and well supported, and the studs, especially the end ones that will receive the jamb trim, must me pefectly plumb. Install the door(s) and adjust them before you enclose the pocket with drywall.
