"Platon" Basement Subfloor project $0.80 per sq ft.

just finished installing 1" Dow Foam on basement walls (39 sheets), and the Certainteed Floating Platon subfloor (3 rolls, 7'3 x 65'), and 40 some sheets of 3x4" T&G on top of the Platon system. Had a spray foam installer shoot the rim joists.

Basement is so much warmer ! Basement was dry with no issues prior to installation.

approx 1300 square feet.

System went down in 4 days, not working very hard. Mid-northern Michigan area.

DriLock ( Dry Lockv ) panels were $1.57 per sq ft. if I went that way.
