Pie Safe tins

I am going to make a wall cabinet and I'd like to use the 10" x 14" pie safe tins for the door inserts. My question is how do I install the tins in the doors?
If I dado the rails and stiles will there be enough room for the metal expansion?

Thanks
Butch

The metal will not change dimensionally.
