picture frame porch

I'm trying to install a picture frame porch (decking) layout. The faming (joists) although very sturdy have pulled apart over the years so 4 - 45's won't be square to the existing corners. From the ledger board to the outside of the porch is 48" at the front end by the steps and 51 at the closed back end. Any suggestions to get it as square as possible and cutting the inside pieces to match up?

Take apart the offending corners and rebuild them.
