Question

Need some help with a window stool/trim problem.

Hello, I trimmed out my window, but made a mistake. Now I don't want to redo the stool so is there another solution (maybe a wood filler I can push into the void)?

Thanks!

bummer dude.
i would either remove the casing or the stool and glue in a little piece to fill that hole. match up the color and grain carefully and no one will ever know. brad nail it in from behind.

How about removing the stool and cutting some more off of the back? It won't project from the wall quite as much, but would look much cleaner than stuffing a bunch of wood filler in there.

If you remove the stool, just rip it narrower at the window and other casing set-back.
(Great minds.....)
Be safe, Gary
