My wife does spray tanning, and I stupidly agreed to build her a spray tan booth for her studio. I was thinking a back wall about 4 feet wide, then 2 angled walls about 2 1/2 feet wide each - - using hinges to connect the sides to the back. Then - rig up a platform for the customers to stand on, and a ceiling piece to use for lighting. Went to Lowes to pick up some wood - and the entire project just got out of control. The Lowe's guy told us that what I had planned would not be stable enough, and that I should frame it using 2x4's and then attach the walls to the 2x4's, etc., etc. So I bought 16 7' 2x4's, a skill saw and a large box of nails. STOP LAUGHING! I am trying to figure out the angles for the side walls and am already about to tear my head out. My wife keeps telling me I am overthinking it... I tried to download this Sketch Up program - which I can't figure out either. Can anyone give me any advice???
