Need advice on molding and curved corners

The wife would like something like this in our house.

How do you do the concave corners?

Can you buy it like that?

you can get the small round base cap type pieces on the corner already made to form the corners and then fill in for the verticals and horizontals with regular trim stock.

Have you seen the quarter circle corners at a lowes or HD?

Or is that trim more common at a lumber only type store.
