Nail holes in particle board

One of the doors on a kitchen cabinet was ripped off and now the holes (where the screws were) are too big to put the screws back in. If I fill the holes, can I rescrew the screws back in the same place to affix the cabinet door?

Depends what she fills it with. Plastic/chemical wood will work, anything else might not!

I would probably dowel them; drill a hole, apply glue, tap the dowel in place, let the glue dry, and cut it off flush. You can buy small packages of dowels at your local lumber yard, hardware, or big box.
