Mild termite damage to wall studs

We ended up tearing a whole wall of rotted drywall out due to old termite damage. The drywall looked fine before we removed the baseboards...but once we realized how bad it was, we went ahead and took it all down. It seems that the studs are fine. I did find a few spots like this where you can see that the termites did affect the stud a lite. Is it okay if we put up new drywall over damage like this? It doesn't seem to be bad enough overall to replace the studs. Any suggestions? Here is also a photo of the whole wall...and yes, the termites were treated and are dead and gone!

The one picture looks pretty bad. I wouldn't replace the studs, but I would go ahead and add another stud next to the damaged one. I wouldn't require much effort and you have peace of mind after the drywall is up.

The drywall screws attach into the first 1" of the wood. As Wireless said, sister good studs to the damaged ones or the drywall won't attach to anything. Longer screws wouldn't be my solution because of the crush factor in the bad wood.
