Metal or wood

Mlorek Newbie   Join Date: Feb 2013 Location: Homer Glen, Il Posts: 14	Metal or wood Guys, I'm trying to decide which to use for my basement remodel. Metal or wood framing. Nothing especially heavy to be hung on the walls and no water issues. Question two, if I do use wood framing is there a need for a double top plate on my framed walls? Thanks in advance for any help.
