Matching a Stair Railing

We have a modular home (solid!) build about 15 years ago that we bought four years ago. We're adding a loft area upstairs (turning the double-high foyer downstairs into a normal 8' ceiling foyer). Between a bit of extra railing assembly in the basement and a piece I'm going to move (from where I open the access to the new loft), I only have to buy three posts (newels?) and 6' of railing and balusters. Everything I see on the internet is much more fancy than what we've got. I think it's only clear pine that's stained kind of a cherry color. I think the balusters must have come pre-mounted in the top and bottom rails. The balusters have a cut at each end into which a metal tongue is inserted that attaches to a swiveling bracket that attaches to the top and bottom rails. So the railing assembly swivels from purely horizontal to any angle needed to match the slope of the stairs. Pretty cool! Is there a chance in hell I can find this type of pre-mounted railing in a wood and style that will match what we've already got or at least come close? Maybe someday we'll upgrade to fancy wood newels and maybe iron balusters. But right now we can't afford to shell out to replace everything that's already there.

Try contacting the modular home company, they might be able to tell you the manufacturer.
