Looking For Create Way to Store VHS Movies

We have a bonus room over the garage with barn-style ceilings that we converted a Media Room (or Man Cave, what have you) several years ago. Everything had already moved to DVD, but several of us in the family find ourselves wanting to watch some old VHS movies around these holidays. Currently all our old VHS tapes (and there are many) are stored in a couple of tupperware tubs in the side attics of this room--needless to say, a royal pain when wanting to search for a specific movie.

I am looking for a creative, effective, yet aesthetically appealing way to store these movies. I am open to any ideas, but I just want them available and where we can actually use them. Attached is a diagram of the room. All ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance!

Better IMO to transfer them to a DVD or CD; see:

about shelf-life of VHS tapes and related matters.

I transfered my old video tapes to a hard drive. High capacity hard drives are fairly inexpensive and much easier to work with than a stack of DVD's. For added security, you can get a second hard drive to use as a back-up and store at another location.

Recess a cabinet into the slant wall storage area. It could be a cabinet with drawers or doors. Drawers make a more effective use of dead space because they use the depth of the area.
Frame and insulate the space and build a cabinet to slide into it.

A quick and easy solution is store them in a chest of drawers that is not required for clothing anymore.
I have found that many of my VHS tapes have started to fail, so permanent storage for these is probablyu a waste of time.
I have since converted all my VHS tapes to DVD.
