Leveling Concrete floor for Entry Door

I'm installing a new entry door in a new opening with a concrete floor. The floor slopes 7/16 of an inch over the width of a 36" door.

Any ideas as to what I can use to level the floor? As this is in the cellar at a new bulkhead opening, I only need to level under the new threshold.

Thanks, Cal
