kitchen cabinets
If looking to remodel a kitchen, is it a good idea to just replace the door fronts (if you dont want to change the overall layout) to a new profile?
Whats the most cost effective way to change the cabinets appearance? |

In our last home we were faced with a similar situation when we remodeled.
I wanted a whole new look, but our budget was limited. We decided to add new doors, only because we were thinking of selling in a couple of years, which we did. The cabinets were made of plywood so we felt they were OK. We ended up putting on beautiful Oak doors and stained the sides and doors in a dark stain. It turned out beautiful. Hope this helps.
