Are you new to home repair? What do you normally charge?

Apart from the fact that your question has nothing to do with "DIY", the cost of "fixing" each door depends on the actual problems. Doors may not close properly for a number of reasons: Strike plate missaligned, bad hinges, hinges not installed properly, warped door, improperly installed door/frame, etc, etc, etc.
IMHO - it sounds like you are underqualified to do such a repair (and to charge for it);
a.) You have to come online and ask what to charge.
b.) You do not state what you will do to "fix" these doors, since you probably do not know what needs to be fixed.
(Since you state that the doors are in a basement, the chances are that they are swollen from the higher humidity levels there)
