Instructions on a very basic bar stool

Hey guys!

I've lately had an interest in a bit of wood work and have borrowed some tools off a mate to make a couple bar stools for our breakfast counter.

I expect it won't come out as planned for my first try, but I've gotten too far ahead of myself and can't even find any plans/instructions on the Internet.

Can anyone help? I'd like something extremely simple to follow as I've never done anything close to woodwork, so treat me like a five year old.

Agree, the Woodworking site (see link up top) will probably offer more help for this. BUT! a bar stool is not as simple of a project as you may think. There are complex angles to drill and attach the legs and tenons for the cross braces, not to mention turning the legs if you don't have premanufactured legs. Check out some plans on the Woodworking site before attempting this project.
