Installing Crown Molding on Angled Ceilings

Hello,
I am about to begin installing crown molding on the celing in many of the rooms of my home. My problem is the ceilings are angled (higher in the center - lower at the windows). I'm thinking that is going to cause me some headaches when cutting. Maybe I'm wrong?????
Any advice would be appreciated.
