How is this trim made

Trying to figure out how the edging on the trim of the locker is made. Is it done with a router? If so, any guesses on what kind of bit?

Yes that's done with a router, using a roman ogee bit.

that's most likely an mdf face frame to get those cleans routed edges...

yup.. mdf frame with a router edge.. you can tell by how the inside corners have a rounded profile instead of a tight 90 degree angle for the profile making the turn

The inside rounded profile can be cut in wood while it is on the cabinet. You would have to make a template for the foot of the router to follow, not the bit. I have seen this done once the face framing of the bookcase or cabinet is completed. Using a template will guide the router so that the bit makes the exact radius and profile you want on the finished edges. This take time, thinking, and patience but looks so good.

Yep, its a router bit. Pretty standard bit with a bottom baring. Should be easy to find at your local store.

Picture on the left. Isnt that just a simple round over bit which has an undersized bearing and the cutter is lowered so the end of the round over part is say a 1/16" below the router base?

If I were going to make that profile, I'd use a simple quarter-round bit, set the depth to produce a 1/16" reveal, and then use a roller guide on the router baseplate set to produce the same 1/16" reveal on the other corner of the bit. It's definately not an ogee profile. I could do that same thing with a lumber faceframe, so it doesn't need to be mdf.

Thought that was a roman ogee at first, but blew up the picture and it does look like was done with a round-over bit. Went out to the garage and looked at the bits. Have a round-over bit with a 1/2" shaft that could have a smaller bearing put on it that would do this cut without having to build the guide for the base. Would make it much easier to have the bearing on the bit. Good catch, Jason.
