Help with a dining table build

I'm in the middle of building a dining table. The top is made 3/4" birch plywood supported by an underframe of 2x2 pine boards and the entire top is covered in white oak veneer. I'm planning on attaching 4 stainless steel hairpin legs at the corners. The mounting plates on the legs have 3 screw holes and the recommended screw is #10 wood screws. I'll use 2" length screws (through both the 2x2's and the ply. I'm just concerned about whether this leg/screw combo will support the table top long-term. Any advice??

You appear to building downward. Build UP instead:

Attach your legs (whatever style and fastener) to support an under-structure.
That under-structure, in turn, supports the top (whatever material and fastener method).

Depending on the overall size... four spindly legs at the corners will probably not do well.

Yes, I forgot to mention it's a pretty large table top. Approx. 92" L x 38" W. I'd guess it weights around 100 lbs.

All you can do is attach the legs and see what happens. Why would you have a bunch of strangers hypothesize when you're going to attach the legs and find out for yourself anyways?

Ouch. I think that needs some rethinking
