Question

Hello, and I need some help

I am trying to locate pine ceiling boards and I would appreciate some help in going to the correct forum to get help. I have never done an internet discussion. Thanks.

Not too sure what you mean. Why do you need help to a special forum for this question? If you are trying to find pine ceiling boards(I presume you mean 1x4 or 1x6 t&g) either is readily available at most lumber yards.

The ceiling boards you are referring to are also sometimes called "beadboard" or "car siding". Either is available at all Home Centers and Lumber Yards everywhere.

My log home builder calls it "knotty pine", looks good when it's done and finished by a good painter.

Not to be confused with naughty pine.

Hello, and I need some help

I finished my family room with beadboard plywood. It worked great and looks like regular beadboard for a fraction of the cost. Make sure you start on the truest wall. Earl
