kww Newbie Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 1	hardiplank (4x8 sheet) installation costs can anyone give me a sq.ft price'', or 'by the sheet' average subcontract price for installation of hardiplank 4x8 sheets...this would include demo, tyvek install, z bar install, 1x4 trim boards around windows, and at vertical joints. thanks kww
