Garage Base Materials

I've been looking for a pvc or water resistant material to cover and conceal the nasty concrete foundation lip that the walls rest on in the garage. I'm getting ready to put epoxy floors in and don't want to fill or epoxy the uneven edges. Does anybody got any ideas or know of any materials out there I can use or modify.

Epoxy the floor, then install a vinyl trim high enough to cover things.

Diamond plate L sections would look cool in a garage.

But more economically, square PVC covers designed to slip over 4x4 posts for fences and railings could easily be cut on the table saw to fit, depending on the dimensions of course.
