1. Itemize the scope of work
2. Eliminate many problems
3. Coordinate materials, Equipment, Labor and permits
4. Schedule the finish to accommodate next project

Just a secondary attribute

5. Establish location for easy travel, availability of local suppliers and find the closest topless bars.
